EVENTS WITH CIG HARVEY IN STOCKHOLM
8 - 10th April
From 8 - 10th of April we are thrilled to welcome to Stockholm the acclaimed artist Cig Harvey,
whose exhibition EAT Flowers is currently on show at the Matchstick Palace.
As part of her time here, we are excited to welcome you to two special events;
an artist talk and an exclusive dinner at IVAR Stockholm.
Art, Beauty, and Hope in Uncertain Times
Join us for a special evening with the Wednesday Club at IVAR Stockholm,
hosted within the historical Matchstick Palace.
We’ll be exploring the enduring role of art and beauty during troubled times,
asking how they can help us stay connected—to each other,
to meaning, and to hope—when the world feels uncertain.
The evening features acclaimed artist and
photographer Cig Harvey in conversation with Jessica Jarl,
Program Director at Fotografiska Stockholm, with the talk moderated by Ellen-K Willas.
Following the conversation, the evening continues with a screening of
Cig Harvey’s award-winning documentary, EAT Flowers (popcorn for those who wish),
and a guided tour of the Palace.
To wrap up the evening, stick around for drinks and a book signing with Cig Harvey.
